Matches with Applying members

One of the members main roles are too match with applying members to see their skill, friendliness, teamwork, and map control. Members MUST 1v1 or 2v2 with said applicant, if both are on at the same time, so screenshots are provided. If no members were to test the applicants, then how would we know. It doesn't matter if your "in the mood", you are required to test the applicant if at all possible. Besides, F1-ing or F2-ing the applicant, that is the only other requirement I have for you guys when it comes to judging an applicant.

The only loop-hole out of this is i your not in the same time-zone as said applicant, and cant ever get a match. If you see the applicant around, always ask for a 1v1 to see their skill or if they have improved.
